This strategy was developed by the Office of Strategic Partnerships (OSP) and the food security team in OPATS in consultation with Regions, Peace Corps Response, and Senior Staff, and was cleared by the Agency on September 2, 2016.

This strategy offers a comprehensive overview and conceptual framework for the Agency’s continued contributions to the broader food security universe, providing guidance on how to best focus our programming, training and evaluation efforts for greatest impact. By appropriately framing Peace Corps’ value-add and areas of focus in the development community, we can negotiate from a position of strength and leadership with external partners.
