The Sector-Specific PACA Tool Booklet for Community Economic Development is a supplement to the PACA Field Guide for Volunteers. This booklet contains a collection of PACA tools that are well-suited for use by CED Volunteers as well as Volunteers in other sectors who are specifically engaged in community economic development-related projects.
