Weight Loss Challenge Manual

This manual is a guide for Volunteers or counterparts to implement a weight loss challenge program among men and/or women who hope to lose weight and learn to live a healthy lifestyle. The course includes exercise classes depending on the volunteer/counterpart who carries out the initiative, and weekly lectures about the themes in the manual. The manual also includes goal-setting opportunities, food diaries, and charts to record weekly bio-measurements regarding weight, blood pressure, glucose levels, and size of arms, chest, waist, and backside. The volunteer/counterpart can decide the frequency of lectures, exercise classes, and healthy cooking classes that he/she would like to conduct.

Este manual es una guía para voluntarios o contrapartes para implementar un programa de desafío de rebajar entre hombres y/o mujeres quienes esperan a perder peso y aprender a vivir una vida saludable. El curso incluye clases de ejercicio dependiente en el voluntario/contraparte quien implementa la iniciativa y charlas semanales sobre los temas en el manual. El manual, también, incluye oportunidades a establecer metas, diarios de comida, y gráficos para anotar semanalmente peso, presión de sangre, niveles de glucosa, y el tamaño de brazo, pecho, cintura, y carderas. El voluntario/contraparte puede decidir la frecuencia de charlas, clases de ejercicio, y clases de cocinar saludable que le gustaría hacer.
